This Secondary School based in West Midlands is looking for a social sciences Teacher to join the Department. It's an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be part of a team delivering competency-based curriculum. This Secondary School is always looking at being innovative and looking at ways to improve. This school have approached Hays seeking accomplished teachers from either Key Stage 2 to 5 to fulfil this role.
Your new role
Each teacher is focused on the students in their class, not just from an academic perspective but also getting to know the students and their families and forming a partnership which will help students to progress. Teachers will use innovative and engaging methods to get the best out each student.
What you'll need to succeed
The ability to contribute to an enthusiastic and hardworking department
Possess excellent behaviour management skills.
Be keen to work as part of a team, share ideas and good practice.
Confidence to be innovative and creative in the classroom
The determination to drive rapid student progress across a full range of abilities
