Job description

Search is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy team working for one of our clients within the Construction Industry.

Administrator - Temporary ongoing

Leeds - LS27

Full Time Hours - £9ph

The position is varied and involves providing full admin support within busy customer service team. Will be responding to emails, adding new jobs to the systems, raising PO numbers, updating systems and maintaining all relevant documentation. Some training on the role will be available but will need to have a strong Admin background and any experience working for a construction or similar company would be highly beneficial.

The role requires someone who has a proactive approach, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is confident using their own initiative to manage a busy workload. Accuracy is key to this role as is excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Will also need to be organised and be computer literate with MS Office and be able to learn new internal systems quickly.
