Property Manager
This is a great opportunity for a property manager to join North London's most successful Independent Estate Agencies.

Key responsibilities
* Manage a property portfolio of around 80 to 120 managed properties
* Build professional relationships with your landlords
* Develop strong working relationships with contractors and instruct contractors accordingly
* Ability to respond and investigate landlord and tenant queries quickly
* Communicate effectively and professionally with landlords and tenants
* Follow up with landlords, tenants and contractors on any works booked in
* Manage any pre-tenancy work associated with new lets so the property is ready for new tenants
* Ensure they have funds held to arrange larger works on managed properties
* Ensure contractor invoices are added to the landlord account
* Arrange Gas safety and Electrical reports and book in any works required
* Carry out Property Inspections
* Discuss and resolve rent arrears with landlords and tenants
* Negotiate the renewal of a tenancy on behalf of your landlord
* Manage the end of tenancy process with tenants and landlord
* Negotiate the deposit return within the correct timeframes
* As a last resort, submit TDS claims
Desirable
* Full clean driving licence
* A minimum of 18 months property management experience.
* Good IT skills including Excel, Word
* ARLA Qualification
