Regional Support Manager in Cambridge

Job description

Due to successful business growth, our central division are seeking an experienced manager to join the Barchester family in the role of a Regional Support Manager. The successful manager will work across the central division covering locations including Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Peterborough, Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.

As the Regional Support Manager, you will be a leading face in the delivery of person-centred care that helps set us apart.

The key responsibilities of this role are of a Registered General Manager in a care home setting. You will be expected to ensure good quality ratings are achieved and commercial aspects of the business are delivered.

ABOUT YOU
To become a Regional Support Manager at Barchester you must will hold a current, valid Registered General Nurse pin. As you will provide cover in our homes where there are General Manager vacancies, you will be required to travel and stay away from home. Due to the extensive geography of the Central Division, you would ideally reside within one of the areas listed above.
