Part-Time Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in Brighton

Join the team at Elysium Therapy Brighton to provide psychiatric assessments and psychological therapies on a day-care and outpatient basis to young people and adults with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression and addictions. 

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a least 2 years' experience from the NHS or private sector, you will carry service users caseload which will see you develop and deliver individual care plans. 

You will be responsible for implementing a range of psychological interventions (specifically CBT), risk assessments and management and providing psychological advice, guidance and consultation to the wider team.

Working 30 hours a week alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will collect and analyse routine outcome measures, ensuring the wider team are aware of any changes to service users care plans and reports.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in CBT  
• Accreditation with an appropriate professional body such as BPS, BACP, BABCP, UKCP or HCPC
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and its implications for clinical practice
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role/setting
