Infection Prevention and Control Nurse

Band 6

Full Time & Part Time (Fixed Term Contract up to 12 Months)

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Infection Prevention and Control Nurse to join the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Quality Team.

The role will require working as part of a team focusing on supporting outbreak management of Covid19 across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Social Care system.

The post holder will be required to work closely with colleagues in local Public Health Teams as well as Infection Prevention and Control Teams within NHS provider and commissioning organisations.

The role will require working in a flexible way providing Infection Prevention advice, support and guidance across a range of health and social care settings.
