What you will be doing
You will join a brand-new team at our step-down care come, where you will work together to provide care for people with acute mental health conditions. Whether you have been a Support Worker or a Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.
Where you will be working
Location: Spring House, Matford Road, Exeter, EX2 4PD. Spring House is a new 6 bed home with individual apartments for people with a learning disability or autism, who are stepping down from a hospital service and is ready to transition into the community for more independent living. This new service will open in March 2021
