About your role 

You’ll be a core member of our group Digital UX Team, reporting to the Lead Digital UX Designer. The role comes with significant responsibilities, as you’ll bring knowledge and a creative flair to a defined brief that is informed by customer insight.  

This role will work as a key support for Product Owners and the Digital Customer Experience Manager to build new experiences, enabling the digital channel to meet it’s growth goals. 

About your experience 

You’ll need significant experience in a similar role, either in a pure play ecommerce business or an established multichannel organisation. We require candidates with proven experience in: 

Interaction Design, Documentation, Processes, Personas, User Scenarios, UX Specifications and many more. 

You’ll also display skills designing UI/UX solutions for Desktop, Kiosk, Mobile and tablet applications, ideally working with both Agile and Waterfall processes. 

We’re looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and make a big impact straight away. If you have any experience working with Adobe XD and Adobe Creative cloud applications, or if not then Sketch of Figma could be transferrable. If you have HTML or CSS front end coding this would be a real bonus.
