An exciting Paid Media Specialist position has arisen at one of London's leading digital agencies.

They have a really interesting, unique background and have developed a formidable reputation for producing best-in-class work.

They are currently looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist with proven app marketing / app launch experience to join their team. Whilst this role is a 12 month maternity cover there is also the potential of a permanent position available for the right person.

This role will be joining a multi-disciplinary team and working across a number of clients within several different verticals.

Key experience / skills:
*Strong performance marketing experience - in particular Paid Social
*A background in app marketing is a prerequisite
*Experience of Google Play Store / App Store / Google App Network and Apple Search Ads will be key
*Affiliate experience would be advantageous (but not a must)
*This role will be very client facing so strong client management experience will be key
*Experience with data and reporting tools / software will be important
*Experience with Mixpanel would be advantageous

Key responsibilities:
*Be hands on in the set up and monitoring of performance marketing campaigns which deliver results
*Develop strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively
*Develop strong relationships with the wider team to ensure cohesive / holistic campaigns
*Lead conversations with clients and internal stakeholders around performance
