We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Student Support Worker at this successful and over-subscribed secondary school in north Leeds, graded 'Good' by Ofsted.
The successful candidate will have high aspirations for all students and will share our commitment to further raising achievement across the 11-18 age range.

The successful candidate will work predominantly in our specialist behaviour provision to support and work with teaching staff to implement agreed work programmes with individuals and small groups . You will support pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural needs as well as supporting academic learning. You will need to establish good relationships with pupils quickly, acting as a role model at all times.
