My clients growth has been so strong that they now require a service delivery manager to come in and act as a point of esculation for the helpdesk, as well as making sure KPI's and SLA's are all hit. This role will be a combination of both man management and technical.
This is a pivital role within the business and the successful candidate will play a key part in the companies direction.

*Previous MSP Experience (ESSENTIAL)
*Previous Management experience
*Knowledge of Appraisals / Training
*Office 365
*Windows Servers
*VMWare / Hyper-V
*Networking
