Junior Digital Designer in Milton Keynes

It's an exciting time to be joining us here at McCann Milton Keynes. New clients, exciting work and stacks of optimism for 2021. Right now, we are looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join our creative team.

Requirements

You will be working across all the of media channels that form a brand’s ecosystem – from research and initial concepts, all the way to creating the final products, that serve and make a difference to people, brands and society.

You may have heard we work in an energetic environment, where you’ll need a cool head, a sharp eye and a passion to learn.

You’ll be a true design-thinker with a passion for technology and creativity.
A natural self-starter, who also knows when to get buy-in from the wider team, and how to adapt to business needs without compromising on your craft.

You’ll work closely with our strategists and creative teams to define, design and refine beautiful interactive solutions – from websites and apps, to fully rounded digital campaigns that make consumers want to engage.

And the main thing? You’ll be a good person to have around.

  • A deep knowledge of user experience across multiple touch points, research and design
  • A portfolio with plenty of evidence of live websites, social campaigns and well thought through creative work
  • An understanding of human behaviour and how it can impact design
  • A good Knowledge of design tools and workflows
  • A solid understanding of other design disciplines across different channels
  • The ability to contribute to multiple live projects concurrently
  • A clear written and verbal communication style
  • Active participation in the design community, showing your passion for design creativity
