Our local client seeks a new member of staff to join their Customer Services team. This exciting role would suit someone who has previous Customer Services experience who is looking for development and future progression.
As the Customer Services Assistant, you will:
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
* Manage incoming calls and online webchat
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges
* Resolve product/service problems by clarifying customer enquiries
* Compile reports on overall satisfaction
You will be working in the Head office of a well-respected company who have a long-term vision to research and develop products and offer technical services and consulting.
The ideal applicant will be educated to A’ level standard or above and will have a good working knowledge of M/S Office, CRM systems and databases with an aptitude to learn new systems.
