Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive

The Role – Working closely with Directors, you will be responsible for strategically identifying new business and leading growth campaigns. The successful candidate will be self-sufficient and a quick learner.
Graduate Sales Executive Package:
A competitive basic salary of £21k
Y1 OTE that takes your salary up to £33k

Graduate Sales Executive Role:
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering in order to educate potential clients on how working with the business can benefit them
Generate new business leads and schedule appointments
Perform thorough and accurate b2b and SME research in order to inform the conversations that you have with key decision makers
Proactively generate leads and opportunities in assigned target markets as defined by the directors
Create and manage cold and warm outreach campaigns
Employ a consultative approach when dealing with inbound interest
Graduate Sales Executive:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
