The Role


The Junior QA Analyst purpose within the SITS Team is to develop a deep understanding and detailed knowledge of the test strategy and processes, as well as the software development cycle. Through this the Junior QA Analyst significantly contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of Tribal software.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Developing an understanding and working knowledge of the fundamental test processes and the software development lifecycle procedures
  • Testing systems using recognised test methodologies and manual techniques at the appropriate points of the development life cycle
  • Contributing to the design of manual testing to verify system function
  • Providing feedback on the suitability of software prior to release and communicating concerns to Team Leads
  • Provide third-line support and domain expertise to help the Application Support team with the resolution of queries
