Student/Course Administrator
Responsibilities
The Student / Course Administrator supports a portfolio of courses and the role varies to support the requirements of those courses. The key responsibilities will include dealing with a wide range of general enquiries from students, graduates, professional and academic colleagues as well as providing general course support.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for student enquiries, advising on a wide range of course related matters as well as dealing with general enquires. The Student / Course Administrator will also provide routine administrative support to all members of the course office and undertake specific tasks as required
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy customer focused office environment, preferably in a Higher Education institution with proven experience of multi-tasking and dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Required experience:
•Able to demonstrate commitment to a high standard of customer service.
•Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent numeracy skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Ability to analyse problems and identify potential solutions.
•Administrative experience in an office environment.
