STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – About the Role
This STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant role will keep you on your toes as it is varied in different activities.
You will:
NOT be thrown into the deep end on day 1 and you will be given all the support and all the training you need to succeed to ensure you and your students make progress. Learn how to plan and deliver outstanding interventions by shadowing experienced professionals around you who have worked with i-teachers graduates previously. Take feedback on board to continually and consistency improve your practice Offer extra-curricular activities if/when required STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – About you:
You will require a minimum 2:1 in your STEM related degree Strong A-Levels and academic background Prior experience working with young people is desired but not compulsory Ability to remain resilient, positive and enthusiastic Willingness to work towards the school’s culture and ethos This opportunity is not to be missed!
