  • Graduate Learning Support Assistant– The Role:

    In this exciting role you will be key to the schools intervention strategy. You will support pupils who are struggling the most by giving 1:1 support or delivering booster sessions for small groups. Specifically assigned to the department where your strengths lie, you will be working closely with the head of department to monitor and support the progress of targeted pupils.

    This high achieving Secondary School is looking to appoint a graduate learning mentor to join their team immediately. You will be given bespoke training and you will work alongside a supportive department within the school. Ideally, you will be considering a career in teaching as there may be an opportunity to progress onto a Schools Direct place for teacher training the following year should it be the right pathway for you.
