    Job Purpose

    This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our existing Interserve Energy Bureau. Due to the extensive nature of our Clients’ portfolios, and the volume of information and data involved, these roles will be key in enabling smooth delivery of our contract commitments and focusing attention on providing an excellent, robust service. This will be via on the job learning and relevant training sessions to establish knowledge and understanding. This post is designed to be one of continuous development. The job description is intended as a guide to the principle duties and responsibilities and will be complemented with regular reviews and a personal development plan.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes and direct all electronic requests to the appropriate team member
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post
  • Answer telephone queries and requests and deal with in the necessary manner
  • Managing receipt of utility invoices and both via paper and electronically and record in the appropriate manner
  • General filing duties ensuring the filing system is robust and stored electronically where possible
  • Complete invoicing activities at the earliest opportunity for the contracts within specific guidelines
  • Assist the Energy Bureau team with adhoc contract requirements
  • Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a group or individually
  • Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative to solve problems
  • IT literate with experience of use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
  • 5 GCSE's (A-C grade) including Maths and English
