Junior IT Support Analyst.
Pertemps are recruiting for a Junior IT Support Analyst for our Kettering based client. Our client requires a professional, dedicated and team-orientated IT professional to provide analytical IT support to its group of businesses in this newly created role.

You will be assigned a mentor to assist you in full training of the role so you will never be left to get on with it until you are competent in the analytical data management and maintenance.
Some of the core essential skills they will require:
Previous Experience using SQL Management Studio and MS Access
Experience in Reporting tools like Tableau and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
Some of the desirable skills they require:
Documentation of new processes/reports ensuring scope and specification documents are created in line with functional business requirements as identified by stakeholders
Provide support for the existing production process
This role is Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30 although you must be flexible of hours you work to suit the needs of the business.
