  • You will be working closely with the SENCo, school office and SLT
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the best is provided for the students
  • Implement procedures to manage attendance of certain groups of students
  • Manage welfare of students and ensure safeguarding procedures are carried out
  • Sensitively report issues to senior members of staff quickly and efficiently

  • You will need a minimum 2:1 in your degree – Russell Group or Top 20 university preferred
  • Excellent A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Resilient and tough personality due to the nature of the role
