Graduate Maths Tutor
This is a fabulous school in the heart of Birmingham that has a passion and understanding of the importance of performing arts and instilling creativity within education.
They are looking to appoint a fabulous graduate with a background in Maths and a passion to work in education to support some of their students who need that extra help to go above and beyond expectations.
This opportunity is open to graduates who are looking to gain vital school-based experience prior to moving onto teacher training. This school are looking for someone who has a strong maths background and is confident to develop relationship with young people and really make a difference.
You will be required to work with students who have less confidence in maths and will coach and mentor them through their exams, to ensure they achieve their potential. This support will be given in the form of 1:1, small group and classroom based, to ensure that all students are given the right support that they need.
There is a strong emphasis on performing arts in this school and would be suitable for someone who has an interest in this area and combining it with school based experience, however this is not essential, the most important thing will be to have a passion for maths.
The school are looking for a graduate to start in January and are shortlisting on an ongoing basis over Christmas and into the New Year.
