Primary purpose of the role:

To provide administrative support to colleagues & a high standard of service to all customers who have pending claims.

Main responsibilities:

  • Offer a high level of customer service through all written communications.

  • Liaising with internal departments and external third parties to find out information.

  • Processing claims and keeping all systems up to date.

  • Corresponding in writing with internal departments and external third parties.

  • Helping prepare monthly reports and statistics.

  • General administration
