1:1 Graduate SEN Assistant
Your position in school will be working with children who have SEN and require extra support with their studies to help them reach where they need to be. You will work closely with the school’s SENCo to devise and implement your own intervention strategies to help the children reach their individual goals. Working so closely with such a fantastic SENCo will provide you with a fantastic experience that will help you further your career and provide you with a brilliant platform to build upon. Some of your role will also include you communicating with parents and carers on the progress of the students and providing your expert opinion on how to get the best out of them at home.
