Adecco in Bolton are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work for the local authority. This is a part time interim positions working Wednesday afternoon and full days Thursday and Friday. The suitable candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications, excellent written and communications skills and minute taking skills.
Duties for this role will include:
Sickness absence returns (processing PU 29, sick notes, absence returns etc) Booking in PDR's for all the team (checking diaries, sending invites) Booking in supervisions for all the team for the year (room allocation, sending invites) Organising new starters, induction timetables, raising request for permissions/training, etc Preparing for team huddles (agenda, paperwork, etc) Processing complex invoices Office/Reception cover rota's Service Request for installations, access, ordering IT equipment Supporting HOS when required Recording and calculation of annual leave Supporting/training admin staff on systems Professionals Duty rota's Taking minutes of meetings Updating budget sheets Monitoring Petty Cash Typing/Sending out standard letters Processing contracts Supporting team with IT queries Updating District calendar for team whereabouts Booking rooms Booking transport and accommodation for Out of Borough visits when required - Click Travel Checking letters Ordering of interpreters Ordering of stationary Creating documents/powerpoints/spreadsheets Post Updating Team Laptops Archiving files/dataspace
