Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary : £18,137 + Benefits
Hours : 40 Hours per week between Mon-Sun between 7am - 11pm
Training Duration: 2.5 days
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Ww are delighted to be recruiting for a home based Customer Service Advisor for a contact centre client base. Dealing with customer queries, we are looking for strong customer service experience.
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor?
Do you have experience working in a contact centre environment?
Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people
Professional and friendly telephone manner Customer Service experience Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard
PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease
A good consistent typing speed
The ability to take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach
Training Location: Home Learning

Requirements:
- You will need to use your own PC or laptop (Running Windows 10)
- A headset and ethernet cable can be provided
- Broadband speed of 5mbps or above
You will also need to be able to provide the following documents:
Right to work - Passport or Birth Certificate
2 x Bank Statement/Utility Bill as Proof of Address (Dated within the last 3 months)
Proof of National Insurance
