The Role

The role is to provide a high quality and professional approach within the Faculty based professional services. Being able to deliver frontline provision of the full range of student and course support services. Delivering all required service provision and maintaining the highest quality of professional support service in an effective and timely manner. Maintaining accurate student and course data for the Faculty. Contributing, supporting and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in service excellence. A frontline team member of Student and Course Administrators to ensure effective and timely delivery of the required service provision and ensuring the highest quality of professional support service is always provided.

The Person

An experienced administrator with a high attention to detail, you will be self-motivated and innovative as well as a good team-player. You must have excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high standard of work while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
