Description

We are recruiting a Change and Delivery Executive who will managechange and delivery activities associated with the deployment of underwritingand pricing changes. 

Responsibilities include, scheduling / prioritisation ofdelivery, stakeholder management between AXA Retail, IT and external softwarepartners as well as maintaining governance procedures for all change.

As a Change and Delivery Executive you will;

  • Support the wider RetailHousehold and Creditor team with managing internal and external change requestsrequired to support product and pricing changes.
  • Ensure that all changes aretriaged appropriately to ensure all requirements are understood and capturedfully and specs are updated by the appropriate owner.
  • Facilitate workshops whererequired to scope out requirements on more complex changes and new deals.
  • Facilitate theprioritisation of all change and incidents within Home and Creditor and attendregular prioritisation meetings within the various change areas.
  • Ensure appropriategovernance is in place for all change deliveries to ensure full controls inoperation, including ensuring change forms are completed and change logs keptup to date.
  • Manage change requests withexternal parties, ensuring delivery timescales are adhered to and costs areapproved and tracked against budget.
  • Provide regular reportingof all external costs to the management team of the AXA Retail portfolio.
  • Ensure change logs aremaintained and folders are kept up to date.
  • Maintain records of bugs orincidents that need to be prioritised.
  • Provide a monthly change dashboard for changes and bugs delivered anddistribute to all key stakeholders.
  • Carry out regular audits of outstanding changes and bugs and ensure anythat are no longer required are withdrawn.
  • Carry out a regular review of the change process to look for areas ofimprovement.
  • Qualifications

    Who are we looking for?

  • A Level or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of AXA home and/or private motor products
  • Familiarity with a wide range of intermediary partnerand software house systems
  • Numerate
  • Inquisitive and prepared to challenge
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate well with peers and moresenior colleagues and work across teams to deliver results
  • Well organised and able to plan ahead and work to scheduledtimelines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good MS Excel skills
