Teaching Personnel is pleased to announce that we have been selected as an approved NTP Tuition Partner to provide high-quality one-to-one and small-group tuition.

The National Tutoring Programme (NTP) makes high-quality tutoring available to state-maintained schools to help disadvantaged pupils whose education has been affected by school closures.

Our workforce partner specialise in providing alternative education across Cambridgeshire, to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils (LAC, Pupil Premium, SEND). As part of the new government catch up funding scheme, they are now looking to appoint a patient, versatile, and committed tutor, who can work on a 1:1 or 1:3 basis, from December 2020.

To apply for this post, you must be one of the following:

  • Qualified Teacher with QTS, QTLS or a relevant teaching qualification; ideally English, Maths, Science, MFL or Humanities (History, Geography) specialism
  • Graduate with a degree in English, Maths, Science, MFL or Humanities
  • Teaching and Learning Support Worker with relevant qualifications or at least 6 months experience
  • Your Role as a Tutor:

  • Plan and deliver individual student learning plans, including EHCP’s Providing high quality, inclusive education both in-person and onlineBuilding excellent rapport with students and SLT, making regular appointments to feedback progress

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
