An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Delivery Crew at ScS, one of the UK’s leading sofa, carpet specialists. For over 100 years ScS have been providing customers with an excellent customer experience, selling beautiful products with outstanding value, quality and choice.

Furniture delivery experience is advantageous, although not essential.
Your role
We are passionate about our people who are trusted specialists, and our Customer Delivery Crew members are a key part in supporting our customers turns their houses into homes.
You should be able to:
Provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring that our customers furniture installation is enjoyable Act as an ambassador for ScS in our customers’ homes Make multiple deliveries daily Work with the distribution teams to load and unload furniture onto our modern fleet of vehicles Carefully install furniture into homes, preserving the quality of our products and surrounding decor Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to Work 46 hours over 4 days Have flexibility to work evenings and weekends Live by our company ‘RIGHT’ values (Responsive, Inclusive, Get it Right, Hard Working, Trusted) Your qualities
