Junior Corporate Solicitor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a corporate solicitor NQ-2 years to join a reputable Legal 500 ranked firm in the West Midlands.
You will join a department consisting of partners, associates, trainees, and support staff working on a wide range of corporate matters to include, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company and business sales, company reorganisations etc.
As a corporate solicitor within this firm, you will work closely with the partners and associates enabling you to develop your corporate skill set. You must be driven and ambitious with a passion for this area of law. The firm is looking for an NQ-2 year PQE solicitor with a strong academic track record and training background.
This is a excellent opportunity to work alongside well-known corporate lawyers within a progressive and modern West Midlands based law firm. There is the option to be based out of either the Cannock or Sutton Coldfield office.
