Support Worker Full/Part Time
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic residential service for adults with autism in the lovely seaside town of Burnham on Sea.
Your role as Support Worker will be to support adults with high functioning autism live a life as full and as independent as possible.
Your role will include assisting with day to day tasks such as cleaning and food preparation, attending social and educational activities, behaviour support and communication.
You will be working in a home rated all `Good` by CQC, with high staff morale and a happy relaxed atmosphere, where staff really value the relationships held with the residents they support and use this to fully empower people in their own lives.
This role is full-time (37 hours) on a shift pattern that will involve earlies, lates and alternate weekends.
The salary for this role in 15,000 - 15,800 dependent on qualifications and experience, plus excellent company benefits including:
