Delivery Engineer - 6 month role - Days
Delivery engineer required to join a leading rail and civil engineering contractor working on a track maintenance project.
As a delivery engineer you will actively plan the Permanent Way (plain line and junctionwork) and Drainage renewals on site. Works will include: engineering preparation, logistical planning, setting out and site delivery. You will need to deliver the project within the project scope, plans and budget, manage a team and timely delivery.
BTA - Basic Track Awareness is essential
This is a freelance position for 6 months.
Working days (10 hour shifts typically)
Rate is £300-£350 a day (paying through umbrella company) as the role is inside IR35.
