Support a Year 8 student with challenging behaviour Assist other students with challenging behaviour when key pupil not in Deliver and run 1:1 intervention sessions Differentiate according to individual needs Support class teacher to ensure progress is made Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Person Specification:
1st or 2:1 degree in a core subject or Psychology Experience working with challenging behaviour is essential Working in a school setting with behavioural difficulties is desirable Strong academic background e.g. A Levels Caring, empathetic and supportive manner Doesn’t take anything to heart and takes the role day by day Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The School:
