Person Specification
To be considered for this role you must be an assertive English graduate who has worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. The school are hoping for a graduate who is able to demonstrate the necessary ambition to go on and complete their teacher training. You must have the skills to demonstrate a truly caring and empathetic nature towards your pupils and fellow staff. The successful candidate will have a work ethic that is motivated by success and an eagerness to take on additional responsibility.

This English Graduate TA position involves joining a particular department chosen based on your qualifications and the school's needs. Learn exceptional teaching techniques from a Senior Teacher who is also an experienced mentor and the school are willing to offer you the same training and CPD as qualified teachers.
