The University of Huddersfield International Study Centre is exciting to open up recruitment for an experienced and accomplished Student Experience Coordinator in Operations. In this job role, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of administrative tasks within the centre, as well as engage and assist with students. You’ll be working in an open-plan office, within a friendly and professional team, so you’ll need to need to be a team player. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a job role where no day is the same, working with a variety of staff and students from all over the world. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In this exciting and fast-paced role, you will undertake a variety of tasks including managing student records.
  • You’ll be required to play a role in the coordination of the Centres compliance ranging from students visas to attendance,
  • You’ll assist with student attendance monitoring and providing support to the academic and senior management team where necessary.
  • Management and coordination of student assessments to include liaising with academics, data inputting and ensuring quality control checks are in place to align with the Centres requirement
  • To ensure all relevant assessments access is available to academics tutors are key points in the student cycle.
  • To coordinate and minute all Module and Course Assessment Boards.
  • You will deal with general student enquiries, as well as play a role in the preparation of student induction.
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience coordinating student assessments.
  • Experience working a variety of different administration task within a busy office environment.
  • Experience working within a Further Education or Higher Education setting would be desirable.
  • Strong capability of using Microsoft Office, and previous experience working on different systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
