Cyber Security Graduate Programme

Threats to cyber security are increasing. Are you keen to become one of the next generation of cyber security specialists?

On this programme, you’ll develop your expertise in information security and use your business consulting acumen to collaborate with our clients to design, build and implement pragmatic security solutions. You’ll be helping our clients analyse the problem, working with technical partners such as Symantec, Oracle and HP, understanding the security architecture, and assisting with the implementation and management of new security systems.

What you’ll learn

We’ll provide you with comprehensive training. This will include the possibility of individual self-study leading towards CISSP, CSM and ISO27001 lead auditor qualifications. You’ll also work alongside managers and senior managers on big-name client organisations, enabling you to develop skills in project management and methodology, solutions delivery and security assessment.

What’s in it for you

As well as the prospect of a great career centred around improving the way the world works and lives, you can look forward to a competitive starting salary and a generous holiday allowance. Other benefits include a pension scheme, personal laptop, an AMEX card, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loan and much more besides. For a comprehensive list of all our benefits, visit our website.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

This programme is open to those with a minimum 2:1 degree. We look for either a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) with information security subjects, or relevant work experience such as an internship.

You’ll be a ‘people person’, well-rounded and happy to take on new challenges. Flexibility is important, as you’ll be joining a versatile industry. You’ll need the communication skills to work with different teams but also the motivation to operate independently, across the UK and sometimes Europe. You should expect to be taken out of your comfort zone and discover something new all the time – so a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn will be key.

Where you’ll work

You could be placed in our London office, and may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK (and sometimes abroad), so you’ll need to be flexible.

How to apply

Full information on our application and selection process can be found on our website.

Places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline for applications is 26/02/2021.

We receive an extremely high volume of applications for all programmes and it is sometimes necessary to close applications earlier than anticipated. We would recommend early application to avoid disappointment.

Equal Employment Opportunity Statement

All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected applicable law.
