What you?ll be Doing:
This is a role that will see you jumping straight into third line support. No more worrying about resetting passwords or helping someone access their emails, you?ll be troubleshooting some of the best technology the Microsoft stack has to offer.
You?ll provide onsite (eventually) and remote support covering but not limited to:

What You Need:
-An IT degree
-Natural problem solving and troubleshooting mentality
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Exposure to, at minimum, Office 365
-Experience in a customer service role
Ideally you?ll also have exposure to:
-Microsoft Project Server Project Online
-Microsoft SharePoint Server SharePoint Online
-Microsoft Project Professional
-Microsoft Office 365
-Windows operating systems
-An incident management tool

The salary for this role is between £23-26K depending on what skill sand experience you can bring to the table. They?re based in a fantastic office in Marlow which, eventually you?ll have the chance to work in. They?re looking for you to be able to start in a couple of months so you would need to be prepared to relocate or commute to Marlow.
