Job description

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a multinational expanding organisation based in Cheadle. Along with a basic salary of up to £20000 the successful candidate will also benefit from an extensive annual leave allowance, life insurance, a company pension scheme, a retail reward scheme and much more.


About The Role:

·This role based within the Customer Service Team is to support the internal and external customer base

·You will be manage you own customer base for all Customer Service issues for key accounts

·Achieve Telephone Standards (85%)

·Deal with queries and complaints in polite and timely fashion

·Process orders accurately within SLA’s

·Understand customer requirements

·Provide advice on the availability of products, whether users are allowed specific items and any physical limits in place

·Feedback specific customer requirements both internally and externally

·Regular data checks to ensure accuracy of information

·Check data Exception Reports

·Create and amend Permissions on internal systems

·Liaise with couriers to provide up to date and accurate delivery information

·Manage information provided on the Webshops

Essential Skills & Experience:

·Previous experience within customer service and/ or order processing

·Customer focused and driven individual to provide excellent customer service

·A good communicator and able to solve problems under pressure

·Support all customer account base on all queries and order management for printed materials and other items.

·To manage internal and external client communications in a clear and effective manner. Ensure jobs are processed and managed in accordance with APS and client SLA’s

·Proficient in Microsoft office

About The Benefits:

Starting salary of £18,000-£20,000 with a view to being increased after probation

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

This role has a good grounding to develop into our Account Management teams or other areas of the Group
