Main responsibilities
- Be responsible for communicating the correct information to all members of the team
- Discuss briefs with clients and build strong relationships
- Offer creative ideas and strategic solutions
- Develop briefs for designers
- Manage projects, including timescales and deliverables
- Deliver projects on time and budget
- Quality control of all work that is submitted
- Monitor campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
- Write and circulate status reports, contact reports, and budget trackers throughout the duration of projects
- Help to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget

Desired skills
- 2+ years working in-house or in a similar agency environment preferred
- An interest in creative communication, culture and people engagement
- Ability to bring fresh and smart ideas to every project
- A focus on delivery, time, budget, and excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- First-class organisational skills
- A pro-active approach to creative projects
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and focused on delivery
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client and colleague rapport
- The confidence to give clients trust in your work
