What you will do:

  • Working in conjunction with the PMO team to support the Delivery Managers and their teams
  • Process improvement to ensure simple, structured processes are in place to support the delivery of projects and associated reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Day to day creation and maintenance of projects in ADO
  • Progress reporting from ADO
  • Ownership of the document catalogue and its update to ensure documentation is accurate and complete
  • Your experience will include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of ADO
  • Creation of ADO ‘dashboards’
  • Working knowledge of the Mortgage Project Life Cycle
  • Understanding of the Agile Project Methodology
  • Use of all Microsoft tools, especially excel
  • Working with SharePoint sites
