Job title: Graduate Business Development Executive
Location: Silverstone
Salary: Basic salary of £24,000 with OTE of £35,000 (uncapped)
Providing electronic and firmware development services to a wide array of clients across the UK, the business we are representing are an established but still rapidly growing enterprise, looking for Graduates to help enhance their presence further.
With your first year in the business being primarily centred around the proactive capture of new business opportunities and your second on closing deals in face-to-face meetings, this opportunity with our client suits a proactive and ambitious Graduate that is keen to grow and develop as an all-round sales person whilst also contributing to the continued success of a highly regarded organisation.
Package:

Graduate Business Development Executive responsibilities:Strategically generate new business leads, utilising your language skills to identify, research and contact the key decision makers of potential customers
Have high impact engagements with prospects that simultaneously highlight the value propositions of the company whilst also offering further opportunities for revenue
Maintain internal and external relationships relating to the core values and culture of the company
Assume immediate responsibility for the front end of the sales cycle with an eventual progression into the full cycle once you are comfortable in the role
Candidate requirements:Educated to degree level
Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tenacity and drive
Personable and confident dealing with a range of individuals at every level of business
Adaptable and malleable, willing to learn new skills and challenge yourself when needed
A strong work ethic
