Your main responsibilities will be to work in small groups and on a 1:1 basis providing maths learning interventions to ensure all pupils are achieving their potential. You will be encouraged to participate in wider school life and have the opportunity to assist with lesson planning and delivery as your confidence grows throughout the year.
A calm and motivational manner will be essential to you succeeding in this role. Ideally you will have some experience working or volunteering with young people and you must be able to demonstrate a clear passion for pursuing a career in education.
