Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor
Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting a Building Surveyor for a small, centrally-located practice within Bristol.
This company, established over 10-years ago, has an enthusiastic team who are involved with both commercial and high-end residential projects, where most of the work is repeat business from their established client relationships. The office has fantastic views over central Bristol and employs a flat-management structure, which enables each employee to directly communicate with the business owner which creates a relaxed atmosphere. Being a small practice, the successful candidate will play a key role within the future growth of the business and will have fantastic career progression opportunities.
The company will offer much-valued experience to toward APC training including daily tasks such as dilapidations, project management and contract administration. This is an exciting time to join the practice during this period of growth, and we are seeking a self-motivated applicant with a keenness to learn and a personable and proactive nature, with preferably at least 12-24 months' experience in the construction industry.
