You will work with students who are struggling the most to ensure that they achieve their full potential and also high achieving students to stretch and challenge them.
The school are looking for a graduate with a 2:1 or above degree in Biology, Chemistry or Physics. You must have strong A-Level results to match and a real passion for education. If you have had experience working with children/pupils in any context for example tutoring, this would be advantageous.
