Job title: Graduate Recruitment Programme Coordinator
Location: Swindon, home-based during COVID19 lockdown, must be able to travel to Swindon or other sites 1-2 times a week once lockdown is lifted
Day Rate: £284.89 (umbrella) / £205.04 (PAYE)
Duration: 12 months

Key responsibilities
To support the creation and subsequent delivery of Graduate development schemes across the business providing support and guidance to managers, supervisors, graduates and students
To support attraction and recruitment activities across the scheme, building effective relationships with the Early Careers resourcing team and relevant universities and HEIs.
To support other Early Career programmes as required
The successful candidate
Experience of co-ordinating graduate/student or other Early Career development programmes within a large and complex organisation
Experience of designing and/or delivering learning and development interventions and/or events
Proven ability in managing/supporting graduates/students and/or those early in their career
Proven ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Highly developed administration skills
Highly developed oral, written and presentation skills including an ability to influence and negotiate effectively
