The Sales & Marketing team are seeking a Junior / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing division! You will be supporting a team of senior consultants across different markets including software, semiconductor and electronics. You will be given full training, so no previous recruitment experience is required, only a “can do” attitude, organisational skills and some resilience! You will support the senior consultants, in the team, across the different markets, before growing into a 360 consultant: owning a market of your own.
You will be a recent graduate or, you will have a few years work experience and seeking a career in a company that will support your growth. IC Resources have gone from strength to strength over their 22-year history and have weathered the storm of COVID – hence the need to hire as we are still continuing to grow. We believe in organic growth from within so the role potential is limitless and you will see, from the tenure of our staff, that we are unlike other agencies with a high turn-over. This role will be based in our office in Theale, Reading*.
