Junior Engineer
Your Role
We require an individual to assist in the design and detailing of highway and drainage works associated with a variety of major and challenging infrastructure projects for the private and public sector.
Projects typically range in size from £1m to £100m schemes covering inter alia defence, transport, infrastructure, healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development. You will work as part of a team on technical aspects including preparing designs, specification, technical approval submissions and site supervision.
The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to enrol on the WYG ICE Training Scheme with a view to attaining C Eng or I Eng MICE in due course.
Whilst based in Leeds or Manchester, the projects are UK wide and some travel would be expected on occasion, include working outside normal office hours.
