The Job
* Making 20+ calls a day
* Act as a liaison between the client and delivery team
* Nurture some of the most important and interesting accounts our client has
* Upselling and cross selling, as well as seeking out new business opportunities
* Please note, this is not a commission-based role
You
* 2 years' commercial experience
* Great communication skills
* Proven interest in the FinTech industry (i.e. through internships or work experience in the financial services and/or tech sectors)
* Contract management and negotiation skills
