We are delighted to have *remote based* Customer Support roles available working for the world’s largest building society, based anywhere across the UK.

The start date for these positions is 1st February 2021.

These positions are initially offered on a 3 month contract with the potential to be extended depending on demand and volume.

All positions come with 1 weeks initial virtual training also including on the job training and buddy system.

The duties involve the below:

  • Building relationship with customers in an inbound & outbound telephony call centre environment (not cold calling)
  • Contact centre role answering inbound and making outbound calls to query ISA applications (not cold calling)
  • IT SKILLS using multi screens
  • Completing authentication process for compliance
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • High volume calls
  • You will have a range of challenging conversations and be able to be robust to deal with that
  • Working from a call centre system or virtual platform.
  • Fast paced role in a call centre environment
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.

  • Hours of Work:

  • 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • For the first week of training the working hours will be 9-5pm
  • Salary is £9.50 per hour (35 Hours) - paid weekly
